Elliot joined the Prospect team as an Associate in March 2021, supporting clients across the sports ecosystem in a commercial capacity, including Premiership Rugby and United Rugby Championship. In February 2022, he took on the role of Head of Strategy, contributing to the delivery of Prospect’s wider short-term and long-term strategic plans as well as overseeing internal operations.
Elliot’s background is in financial services, where he has three years’ experience at The Bank of New York Mellon, based in Canary Wharf, London, progressing from Analyst to Associate. He has previously held roles at The Royal Bank of Scotland and Oakwell Sports Advisory, where he worked on a range of advisory projects focused on the sports sector, including CVC Capital Partners’ investments in rugby. Elliot holds a first-class degree in Economics from the University of Bath. He has a passionate interest in a range of sports including football, cricket and rugby, and is an avid Arsenal fan.
