Harry Lawes

Harry has been with Prospect as a Cricket Data Scientist since December 2022. He is responsible for developing the models, simulators and other analytical tools that underpin our work in cricket, as well as delivering advice to teams on areas such as recruitment and tactical strategy.

Prior to joining Prospect, Harry worked as a Data Scientist for Twenty First Group across cricket, football and golf, and as a football coach in Arsenal’s community programme in London and Delhi. He graduated from the University of Oxford in 2019 with a BA in Classics. Outside of work, he’ll usually be found watching sport at the Emirates or the Oval, or playing any sport he can, whether it be 5-a-side football, LMS cricket, Padel tennis, or hacking around a golf course.
