Max joined Prospect in April 2024, transitioning from the media publishing and events industry. Previously, Max worked as a Data Engineer for Bauer Media and RX, where he created complex, automated ETL pipelines for various departments, including CRM teams and Ad Operations, to generate actionable insights. Since joining Prospect, Max has contributed to multiple projects focusing on the creation and maintenance of data pipelines. He has consistently demonstrated a passion for data engineering, optimizing workflows and delivering effective data solutions. Max graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2020 with a degree in Philosophy and Anthropology. His dissertation on the Philosophy of AI sparked his desire to learn computer science, leading him to complete a Data Science bootcamp where he mastered the fundamentals of data science and scalable pipeline creation. Outside of work, Max is an avid sports enthusiast and a devoted Arsenal fan. He enjoys playing and watching a variety of sports, regularly participating in 5-a-side football, Last Man Stands cricket, and tennis.
